HOW PREGNANCY FRIENDLY WAS BORN
​Whether you have gone from falling pregnant naturally or an IVF journey…one thing is for sure, you got here and you want to make sure you do everything possible to give your little miracle the best chance they have before entering the world.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. When I fell pregnant, I set out to do what I assumed every expectant first time mother does, make sure she prepares her body and herself for the next 38 weeks of her life… succumbing to being a vessel that will carry the most precious cargo we’ve ever known.

After 5 cycles of IVF and a miscarriage of twins, I didn’t want to believe this pregnancy was actually looking like it would hold let along we would ever get there!

Whilst I researched and imprinted in my mind what I could and couldn’t eat or drink… I struggled when it came to putting creams on my face. I couldn’t find a single product that was simply ‘Pregnancy Friendly’. I didn’t want to have to assume a product was OK for me. I wasn’t comfortable with the responses I got at cosmetic stores when retail assistants would tell me “I think it’s fine?” without actually knowing it really was fine to put on my face and body.

Hence the idea of a Pregnancy Friendly Skincare line was born.
